This coin is a near miss PR65 DC. Super deep mirrors beam from all over. They have just a few tiny contact marks. However they do have great clarity and booming reflection. The reverse is full Proof 65 DC. The mirrors have that “watery” look when you twirl them. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have thick creamy white frosting. The eye appeal is sensational! ONLY 700 were ever mitned. PCGS 3, NGC 0, CAC 2. PCGS has graded only 2 in PR64+ DC.
