We do not understand why this VERY HIGH END GEM is not a +. Its funny what PCGS will + and will not.
Exceptionally clean surfaces adorn both sides. Only when using a strong glass and looking really hard can you find a few scattered ticks and lines. You can even see hints of prooflike surfaces. A moderate luster beams from all over. A beautiful and totally original layer of pale golden brown/greenish gold covers both sides. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and have delicate frost. This is a very bold GEM coin. The eye appeal is exceptional!
PCGS 7, NGC 19, CAC 1. Both PCGS and CAC have only graded 1 coin higher-the MS66 that is Ex Morelan, now in the Black Cat Collection. That is a powerful testament as to how this comes, not terribly nice! This coin last for $16,800.00 03/2018. Good luck ever finding another-and you certainly will not find a better one!
