$1 1878CC PCGS MS66

This coin does indeed blow away 99.5% of all other 78CC’s you will EVER see! Really! This coin is a borderline MS66+ at the very least. The obverse in our opinion is a “money shot” and is easily worth $10,000.00+. Its got the right mix of everything. Fully prooflike surfaces  are all over. The flash is extra sharp on the obverse. The obverse has virtually NO marks while the reverse does have a few tiny scattered ticks. What makes the obverse so randy-is a thin bold band of totally original russet/gold/royal blue colors. Its makes the portrait jump out. Miss Liberty and every detail are fully struck and have the thickest of thick creamy white frost. Her cheek WILL please any super picky buyer. The eye appeal is outrageous! PCGS 318, NGC 225, CAC 56. The last PCGS CAC 1878 CC to sell in auction brought $8,833. 00 04/2016. If you seek a non white piece with real sex appeal-this coin is it for sure! Mother Nature did awesome work here.
