$1 1879S PCGS MS65 DMPL OGH

This is a good old fashioned bold black and white cameo GEM! The mirrors are a full 8″+ and beam boldly from all over. As you would expect, a few very TINY ticks can be found (typical for really deep mirrors). The mirrors have NO haze. There is some minor toning by the upper rims on the obverse. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and are thickly frosted. The eye appeal is fantastic! PCGS 157, NGC 108, CAC 23. The last one to sell was a NON CAC which brought $1,175.00 12/2016.
