WOW, WOW, WOW! This is not a semi dull just made it piece. No question this is a coin that is by far closer to 69, then MS68. It blows away many that have appeared in the past year!
Immaculate surfaces do NOT disappoint. The only thing you see using a strong glass-die polishing lines (VERY light). The obverse is pretty darn close to prooflike. There is light contrast. An intense cartwheel luster beams vividly from all over. Both sides are GEM white. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have generous thick frost. The eye appeal is totally heart pounding!
PCGS 269, NGC 346, CAC 145. PCGS has graded 36 in MS68+. We do NOT care what others have sold for recently, this coin IS better (we have seen most). If you seek a true MS68+ that is pure stunning in eye appeal and quality, this is your coin!
