ULTRA HIGH END! We are not huge fans of PL’s unless its a really rare date of the coin is really special.
This piece has 4″+ mirrors that are deep, crystal clear, ultra clean, and have powerful reflectivity. The only thing keeping this coin from MS68 is a teenie HIDDEN tick on the reverse. The obverse looks MS68 to us. A full booming luster enhances the cameo contrast. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and have sharp stand out strikes. The eye appeal is breathtaking!
PCGS 114, NGC 159, CAC 36. The last 67PL CAC was NGC that sold in auction brought $1,762.00 06/2014 Heritage. These are certainly NOT at their highs!
