What a fantastic GEM CC DMPL. Everything is SUPERB and the coin has a full black and white appearance!
Overall, just a few tiny scattered ticks can be seen. None are serious. In fact the more severe lines are on the holder! The mirrors are a full 8″ deep and have bold clarity. They do have a bold “watery” rolling look. Miss Liberty and the details are thickly frosted and have crisp strikes. The eye appeal is great!
PCGS 159, NGC 42, CAC 30. PCGS has graded 10 in MS66+DMPL. The last one to sell in auction brought $5,405.00 10/2015. That price sure seems too cheap, especially when comparing the results of the CSNS DMPL’s that sold. Its also important to think about the fact NONE have been auctions since 2015-4 long years ago! This will be a great fit into any GEM set.
