We have sen several 83CC’s with color. They are typical bullish and crusty mottled. This coin is a definite exception. in fact, we grade the colors MS66.4. A beautiful bland of autumn gold/reddish gold/pale green/pale blue/pale violet cover the entire obverse. The reverse has some splashes of light gold.

The technical quality is all there and then some. Super smooth and remarkably clean surfaces just glow with a full booming luster-which also brings out the colors. Miss Liberty and the details are lightly frosted and have exceptional strikes. The eye appeal is super beautiful!
