Bought this coin from a collector with a strong eye for full black and white DMPL’s.
No question this coin has 8″+ deep, crystal clear, clean, and boldly reflective mirrors. You can only see one small tick/line in the left obverse field. There is a scrape on the holder in the same area. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have think snow white frost. This coin is one of those pieces you twirl all day in your hands and never put down because it has such beautiful eye appeal!
PCGS 116, NGC 60, CAC 13. The last PCGS/CAC one to sell brought $3,737.50 Heritage 10/2011. If you are a perfectionist and MUST have REAL black and white mirrors-then this is your coin!
