This is a full booming DMPL 90CC. No question about the depth of the mirrors. Also, NO question about how VERY HIGH END it is-we have seen worse in MS65 DMPL holders!
Kaboom goes the 8″+++ mirrors beam from all over. Of course there are some tiny scattered microscopic ticks, none are serious. The depth of the mirrors sort of magnifies them (we assure you, they do NOT take away from the quality). The mirrors are also amazingly clear. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have bold thick frost. The contrast on this piece is bold. The eye appeal is fantastic!
PCGS 226, NGC 113, CAC 41. PCGS has graded 12 coins MS64+ DMPL. The last PCGS CAC example to sell in auction brought $6,400.00 10/2018. Next step up is at least $15,000.00+-if you can even find a nice one. Legend has handled many for the great DMPL Morgans that have existed-including being personally selected to buy the late Jack Lee’s entire DMPL Set (by Jack Lee).
