This is a frosty near GEM. Its closer to MS65 then MS64!
There are just a few very tiny and scattered ticks. Overall, the surfaces appear satiny smooth and clean. A strong luster illuminates the frosty white surfaces. There re faint hints of semi-prooflike mirrors. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck and ooze with frost. Her cheek is above average in cleanliness. The eye appeal is great!
PCGS 2337, NGC 1455, CAC 237. PCGS has graded 194 in MS64+. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell at auction brought a strong $1,998.00 05/2020. The current Collectors Universe Value is $1,150.00. A white PCGS CAC MS65 would cost at least $5,000.00-if you could even find one. Even the pickiest buyer will be pleased with this coin!
