No question this is a VERY HIGH END coin! We did try it for a + with no luck.
There are a few super thin and light ticks that if you did not use a glass look like slide marks (not) on the cheek. The rest of the coin is remarkably clean and smooth. The luster is above average and beams strong from all over. Both sides are an original white peppered with some light natural golden toning. Miss Liberty and the details are virtually fully struck. The eye appeal is very handsome!
PCGS 285, NGC 118, CAC 49. Keep in mind, the next step up in a PCGS CAC holder is easily over $40,000.00-if you can even find one of the 8 beaned. We have not handled many of these over the years because it is so hard to find next examples like this. Opportunity knocks so loud here!
