We believe at one time this coin was a NGC DMPL (has that NGC holder rim toning). In our opinion, this coin does indeed have 6″+ mirrors. At first glance, it looks like a weak proof.
Bold mirrors offer tons of reflection. The obverse has just a few trivial ticks-none of which stand out. A booming luster and add the reflection of the mirrors gives this coin tremendous pop. A band of light reddish gold frames the rims only. Miss Liberty and the details boldly stand out like they were sculpted. They are also coated in thick creamy white frost. The eye appeal is bold!
