VERY HIGH END and a near miss MS66!
Save for one teenie scuff, this coin overall is a MS66. The scuff isn’t bad at all. The surfaces are clean and smooth. Traces of semi-prooflike mirrors mix with a strong luster. Both sides are a totally ORIGINAL creamy/silvery white. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and have full strikes. Her cheek is amazingly clean and is not messed with in any way. The eye appeal is very nice!
PCGS 409, NGC 164, CAC 42. PCGS has graded only 5 MS65+ to date. Back in 01/2011 one sold for $1,955.00 in a Heritage sale. That was then, this is now!
