$1 1921 PEACE PCGS MS66

We are thrilled to be able to offer this exceptional piece which is from the famed Oliver Jung “The Type set”. With all his resources Oliver ran into a road block on finding an MS67. This piece was worth settling for! It IS HIGH END.

Exceptional surfaces are exceedingly clean. The only mark visible is a small scuff by the nose on the obverse. There is one tiny tick on the cheek. Clearly the surfaces have a thicker satiny texture. A full booming luster makes this coin visible from a distance. Both sides are a GEM white. Most important: the strike is as close to real full as you can get. Oliver would not settle for a weaker strike. The “deep dish” look is bold. All of the details are frosty too. This is way beyond your typical 1921. The eye appeal is outstanding plus!

PCGS 191, NGC 136, CAC 39.  The last PCGS CAC MS66 to sell in auction brought $14,687.00 05/2019. Prior to that, one brought $19,200.00 in 2015! You’d think more would have come through the auctions.

These are extremely difficult to find not only GEM white, but with a pretty full strike!
