Overall, the surfaces are clean and are satiny in texture. There are a few light frost breaks, but nothing stands out or diminishes the grade. An intense headlight type luster beams wildly from all over. Both sides are a GEM original frosty white. There is NO hint of any toning. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and are loaded with GEMMY EXTRA thick frost. The eye appeal is mesmerizing!

PCGS 148, NGC 109, CAC 51. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought $6,000.00 11/2020. This coin offered here has far more frost. Yes, you can buy an MS67 for less, but it won’t be as white or frosty. This coin borders on frosty insanity!
