This is a lovely handpicked SUPERB GEM. It is housed in an older blue tag holder.
Superior surfaces are satiny smooth and are exceptionally clean. It looks like this coin was carefully stored since the day it left the bank 111 years ago. A strong glowing like luster beams from all over. Both sides are a GEM original yellow/faint orange gold color. There are absolutely NO spots or discolorations anywhere. Miss Liberty and every detail are sharply struck and have delicate frost. The eye appeal is fantastic!
PCGS 119, NGC 162, CAC 60. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought $15,600.00 01/2010. In 12/2018 an NGC sold for $18,600.00. We really do not see these much in MS65 or 66. And good luck finding one with a CAC bean! This really is a HIGH END and beautiful coin. This piece will be a great addition to any Type or $10 Indian set.
