$10 1907 ROLLED EDGE PCGS AU55

THIS COIN IS THE CHANCE OF A LIFETIME! 

No one has handled more Rolled edges then Legend Numismatics in the last several years! We placed 2 PR67’s (Simpson and “Hedgie”) and even a PROOF! We have handed a PR65 and a 66 as well. When we saw this coin for sale we jumped. Rarely will you ever see a problem free lower grade example of this extreme rarity (ONLY 42 were minted). The coin retains is beautiful Rolled Edge looks.

Problem free surfaces are are smooth and have a satiny texture. Only when using a strong glass can you find a tiny light old tick or two on the reverse. There is a slight glowing luster. Both sides are a totally original yellow gold. There is a tiny copper dot in the headdress proving the originality. The obverse strike is strong while the reverse does show even wear. The wear is NOT detracting. The eye appeal is fantastic!

The history series (a Teddy Roosevelt request) and mintage of this coin make it a true classic rarity. PCGS claims 3 are graded, but who really knows. This coin probably was tried for an AU58. Of course its the only CAC in AU55. The price guides are totally out to lunch since there have been auction appearances. Next step up would cost you at least $200,000.00-if you could even find it!
