$10 1912-S PCGS MS64+

$10,500.00

This is a very nice example of a much tougher date to find in the higher grades. We do consider it HIGH END.

Overall, the surfaces are pretty clean. If you need to find a few marks or scuffs you have to look really hard-they do NOT stand out like normal for this date. In fact, there is nothing bigger then a microscopic tick anywhere. A decent luster shows off an even deeper original gold color (and light toning). There are no spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are lightly frosted and have sharp strikes. The eye appeal is nice!

PCGS 54, NGC 35, CAC 25. PCGS has grade possibly 28 in MS64+.That’s not a mistake. A few years ago a small group was found. Of the 28 graded, we’d guess less then half would really be acceptable as a real +. We bought his out of our Manasota Key Sale ($10 Indians) for $9,106.00 10/2020.  The current Collectors Universe value is $11,000.00. Regardless, you do NOT see this date or grade offered in any real frequency. If you are building a set of $10 Indians, now is a great time to add a tougher coin like this.
