PCGS 9, NGC 0. We do NOT believe the pops are correct since there is nothing graded higher at PCGS/NGC. Even though its clearly whacked out, the last one of these to sell in major public auction brought $43,125.00 07/08 Stacks. Prior to that, one sold for a more normal $14,950.00 three years ago in 1/06 Heritage. VIP: PCGS /NGC have graded NONE higher! It is our strong opinion that GEM Bust coins like this are grossly undervalued. No matter what, you are not adding this beautiful GEM to your collection at the top of the market!
