10C 1842-O PCGS MS64

$5,750.00

This is a HIGH END example of an extremely difficult coin to find in choice MS or better. The fields are surprisingly clean as can be. Even when using a strong glass and looking all over all you will find is a microscopic tick or two. There are no real blemishes. A strong for the date luster shines from all over. Both sides are evenly covered by a moderate totally original mix of deep champagne/pale golden brown colors. There are no spots or stains. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck. The eye appeal is excellent! PCGS 3, NGC 6, CAC 3. PCGS has graded only 4 coins finer. The last example of this very rare coin to sell in auction was back in 2009. A PCGS NO CAC piece brought $5,463.00 01/09. The last MS to sell brought $25,850.00 in 08/2017 and was NOT CAC. The rarity of this date can not be overstated-and the market knows it. If you are building a choice O Mint or Dime  set, this coin more then belongs! WE HAVE POSTED THIS COIN AT OUR BEST PRICE
