One look and we had to own it. PCGS should have graded it a 67++++!
Incredible deep mirrors beam boldly from all over. The mirrors offer great clarity and are super clean (all lines are on the holder). When you twirl the coin you see the deep “watery like” mirrors rolling around. A beautiful and totally original mix of blue/pale auburn/golden brown colors are splashed all over. You can clearly see this coins bold contrast. Miss Liberty and the details are pinpoint sharp in strike and have thick frost. The eye appeal is terrific!
PCGS 3, NGC 5, CAC 5 (obviously resubs-probably this coin). PCGS has graded 5 in PR67+ Cameo. This coin sold for $9,106.00 09/2019. We took it in trade at slightly less. Do not be fooled by the pops., this is a very difficult date to find in true GEM like this. Opportunity knocks really loud here!
