When we saw this coin it was love at first sight! The color and quality and both amazing!
The ONLY “issue” with the coin is well hidden and you have tilt it to see it-there is a die line HIDDEN in the left obverse field. Without that, we grade the coin MS68! Overall, the surfaces are immaculate. Both sides have an intense booming luster that lights up phenomenal colors of blue/pearl green/rose/gold/pale violet. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have full strikes. We have not been able to put this coin down since we bought it. The eye appeal is that tremendous!
PCGS 3, NGC 4, CAC 2. Only NGC has two finer (we have seen one-and its NOT better than this coin). We think coins like this are grossly undervalued in today’s marketplace. Opportunity knocks loud here!
