We studied this coin hard and really do not see why it is not a PR66 (we make NO promises). It has incredibly clear, clean, deep, and boldly reflective mirrors. A neat semi ring of ORIGINAL golden brown/pale blue colors frames the obverse rims and most of the reverse. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and have full strikes. The eye appeal is really neat!
ONLY 735 were ever minted. PCGS 15, NGC 12, CAC 7. Do NOT think these are common. The last one to sell in major auction brought $1,581.00 06/11 Stacks-roughly 3 years ago! Besides being rare, this is a coin even the pickiest buyer will love!
