What a great coin. 117 years old and in such a lofty state of preservation!
Immaculate surfaces are the toughest coin collectors delight. You can use a powerful glass and find not even a tiny imperfection. In fact, the ONLY thing we found was a TINY (and we mean tiny) tick on the cheek-YOU NEED A GLASS TO SEE IT WITH). A smart glowing luster beams elegantly from all over. Both sides are a mix of beautiful and totally original light lavender/gold/faint green colors. This coin is NOT dull or drab at all. The eye appeal is superb!
PCGS 3, NGC 0, CAC 4 (obvious resubs). This coin last for back in 04/2015 for $7,637.00 In our opinion, it is still a great treasure to own! We really do like the coin.
