HIGH END. We think PCGS just wanted a little more vibrant toning to call it a GEM. Technically, its all there.
Deep and fully reflective mirrors are clean and have great clarity. A moderate mix of olive/pale golden brown colors swirl all over. Miss Liberty and the details are pinpoint sharp in strike and have light frost. The eye appeal is excellent!
ONLY 425 pieces were ever minted. PCGS 50, NGC 45, CAC 6. Under $1,000.00 these are a tremendous value!
