We believe this coin has sat around somewhere safely stored since it left the bank 100 years ago!
The surfaces hold up as truly pristine even when using a strong glass. A super strong luster illuminates the totally original rings of gold/green/russet that frame the peripheries. The centers are blazing silvery white. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have crisp sharp strikes. The eye appeal is wonderful!
PCGS 20, NGC 14, CAC 8. The last one to sell in a major auction brought $1,208.00 12/2011 Heritage. That was two years ago! these have become way too cheap!
