Have not handled a GEM Large Cent in a little while. We were one of the biggest earlier copper firms for a while. Saw this coin and had to own it. You bet it is VERY HIGH END!
Immaculate surfaces have ZERO marks or any issues. We used a strong glass and really looked all over pretty hard. There is a slight glossy look. The colors on both sides are a GEM original brown with faint hints of Mint Red. There are no spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck and stand out. The eye appeal is really great!
