1851-C $1 Gold Dollar Type 1 PCGS AU58 (CAC)

We fell hard for this coin. It just has a certain look we love! And it is a legit borderline MS piece.

Exceptional surfaces are have only a few lines that are so light you can only see them using a strong glass. They look like light slide marks. There are no marks to the naked eye. The luster is light. Both sides enjoy a deeper original gold color. This coin is NOT dirty in any way, nor has it been messed with. Miss Liberty and the details standout boldly with a crisp sharp strikes. Its really hard to find any serious wear. The eye appeal is fabulous!

PCGS 58, NGC 47, CAC 22. The last PCGS CAC example to sell in auction brought $2,910.00 08/2018. That is along time ago! The PCGS CAC value is $2,810.00. Do nto be fooled by the pops. This coin is rare!
