1854 3C Three Cent Silver Type 2 PCGS MS65+ (CAC)

PCGS showed this SUPER HIGH END GEM NO MERCY! Ouch! We LOVE this coin.

Exceptional surfaces are exceedingly clean. What you do see (using a strong glass) is major clash marks on the obverse. These are Mint made and do NOT affect the coins eye appeal or grade. An amazing booming luster highlights both sides. The obverse has some totally original auburn/blue colors framing the peripheries. The reverse has a tiny touch of color. Of course all of the details are exceptionally struck. This smaller coin sure has great big coin eye appeal!

PCGS 59, NGC 30, CAC 24. PCGS has graded only 2 in MS65+. The last PCGS piece to sell via auction brought $4,230.00 03/2020. The current Collectors Universe value is $2,750.00. Love the value this obsolete 170 year old GEM coin offers. And its way BELOW $5,000.00!
