1864 Pattern J-356A 1C PCGS PR65BN (CAC) FLASHY!

$3,950.00

This is an R-6 (21-30 minted) struck in copper.

What a boldly mirrored and VERY HIGH END GEM!

The mirrors are deep and have a powerful reflection. There are one or two tiny toning dots scattered around. There are no issues at all. In fact, the clarity of the mirrors is quite impressive. When you twirl the coin, the mirrors look like a sheet of glass. Both sides area GEM original brown color with pale blue/green centers. Every detail is needle sharp in strike and have delicate frost. The eye appeal is fantastic!

PCGS 2, NGC 1, CAC 1. We paid more than the current price guides. How can such a low mintage coin in real GEM with real eye appeal be worth LESS than $5,000.00? The last time a PCGS example appeared in auction 1993!!! And the NGC example-2010. What an UNDERrated date in GEM.
