A beautiful and HIGH END GEM!
Deep mirrors have a strong reflection all over. The mirrors have good clarity and are clean. When you twirl the coin, the mirrors look glittering ice. A moderate and totally original layer o blue/green/gold toning cover the obverse. The reverse has deeper blue with purple centers. Every detail is frosty and are fully struck. The eye appeal is SUPERB!
Only 725 pieces were minted. PCGS 10, NGC 12, CAC 3. PCGS has graded only this coin in 66+ and just 2 coins finer (neither are CAC). This is the FINEST PR 66+ 1866 you can own! The current Collectors Universe value is $3,000.00. This coin has been off the market since around 2016 when it last sold for $1,998.00.
