1871-S $20 Gold Liberty Type 2 PCGS MS62+ (CAC) GORGEOUS!

This is NOT a Fairmont coin (all the better Fairmont coins have now hit the market). In fact, this coin has been off the market since 2010! We fully agree with the +. If this coin was in an MS63 holder we really would not have a problem with it. We really LOVE this coin!

Romantic surfaces are NOT hacked up. Only when using a strong glass and really canvassing the surfaces can you find a tick or scuff. Nothing stands out. A strong luster glows from all over. There is not a spec or dirty toning yet the surfaces are a totally original even gold color. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck. The eye appeal is gorgeous!

PCGS 42, NGC 30, CAC 11. PCGS has graded 5 in MS62+. The last PCGS CAC example to sell via auction brought $15,275.00 way back in 2017! The current Collectors Universe value is $17,500.00 which clearly is too low We really love this coin as it has such a fresh handsome look and is really fresh too!
