We took this very pleasing piece in trade. We actually do like it. In our opinion, it ranks on our scale as HIGH END for sure!

A richly toned honey-orange example with glints of iridescent reddish-rose evident as the surfaces dip into a light. As with all Carson City Mint eagles from the 1870s the 1875-CC (just 7,715 pieces produced) is scarce to rare at all levels of preservation. This is among the more heavily circulated examples in the extensive Fairmont holdings, yet it is still attractively original and holds tremendous appeal for advanced gold enthusiasts.

All we can add-its pop 1 CAC in VF 30! This coin sold for $9,900.00 04/2024.
