1876 10C Dime Liberty Seated, Legend PCGS MS66+ (CAC)

WOW! This is epitome of a GEM “old time” toned coin that clearly sat undisturbed since it left the Mint 148 years ago.

Exquisite surfaces have no major defects.  Only using a strong glass can you see a microscopic tick or two and a few light frost breaks. The surfaces do emit a thick satiny like luster. Both sides are evenly covered by a totally original mix of pale green/olive/champagne/pale blue colors. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and do stand out. The eye appeal is really delightful!

PCGS 30, NGC 20, CAC 22. PCGS has graded only 7 coins MS66+. There are no recent auction records for any PCGS CAC MS66+ selling. lThe current Collectors universe value is $2,650.00. We know this coin is from a small totally original fresh to market group.  It just boggles our minds how cheap these are! We checked as many places as we could-and found no others for sale. In fact there were no MS 66’s for sale either. A much tougher coin to find than the pops suggest.
