WOW, WOW WOW. Darn, this coin is really close to the MS68 we have. The coin has exceedingly clean and sleek surfaces. There are slight traces of semi-prooflike mirrors. But the luster is nearly blinding anyway. Both sides area GEM silvery white. The reverse has some very faint gold. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck. You’ll love her super clean cheek too. The eye appeal is awesome!
PCGS 2788, NGC 5413, CAC 1,182. PCGS has graded 481 in MS67+. The last PCGS CAC example to sell brought $1,939.00 11/2023. The current Collectors Universe value is $1,750.00. If you think about everything these big coins had gone through since Minting, finding a SUPERB GEM coin like this is incredible.
