No question this is a FULL deeply mirrored black and white GEM. The mirrors are at least 8″ deep and have remarkable clarity (something very important on DMPL’s) and of course reflectivity. Ticks are held to a minimum. There is a touch of toning that does show more on the reverse. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck. They have incredible thick pure white frost. Her cheek is clean and is not messed with. The eye appeal is terrific. PCGS 204.
