A most impressive and true for the grade coin!
You can’t beat this coins ultra clean and smooth surfaces. We used a strong glass and looked at the coin hard. All we could find is a microscopic small line or two-which was NOT visible to the naked eye. A wonderful glowing luster beams from all over. There is a light and thin band of totally original russet/golden brown color around the peripheries. Miss Liberty and every detail are frosty and are fully struck. You’ll love her cheek. The eye appeal is beautiful!
PCGS 90, NGC 152, CAC 65. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell via auction brought $8,400.00 05/2023. The current Collectors Universe value is $7,500.00. An 1882-S in MS68 is NOT an easy coin to find!
