1885 $1 Dollar Morgan PCGS MS66PL+ (CAC) PHENOMENAL! EASTERN SHORE COLLECTION

Oh what a coin! We can not imagine a better 1885 PL existing (even though 7 are graded higher).

Deep mirrors are easily 4″ ++. They are bold with reflection and are super clean overall. There is no haze or milkiness. When you twirl the coin, the mirrors clearly have a “watery” like roll. The contrast is strong. There is a gorgeous thin bad of colors on the reverse rims and a little gold on the obverse rim. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have thick frost. Her cheek is amazingly clean. The eye appeal is phenomenal!

PCGS 85, NGC 44, CAC 34. PCGS has graded 18 in MS66+ PL. This coin brought only $1,080.00 back in 2020. The current Collectors universe is $1,400.00. We think a coin looking like this is cheap at todays prices. Finding pieces like this are becoming harder and harder.
