1885 5C Nickel Liberty Head PCGS PR67+ (CAC) YOUNG-DAKOTA

We compared this coin to the PR 68 we have for sale, and its not too far away quality wise.

Strong and sleek mirrors glow with reflection all over. We used a strong glass and looked all over and found only a very stray line or two. ALL the lines really are on the holder. When you twirl the coin, there is a slight watery like roll. A thick and totally original mix of reddish golden brown/pale violet hug the rim areas. The centers are a deeper lilac nickel color. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck. The eye appeal is wonderful!

PCGS 30, NGC 27, CAC 19. PCGS has graded 6 in PR67+. None have been sold via auction cine 2020. In 06/2020 an 1885 PCGS PR67+ CAC brought $4,320.00. The current Collectors Universe value is $5,000.00. At one time, this coin traded for more! Its a beautiful coin worthy of the BEST PR Liberty 5C set!
