We were glad to be offered this extremely choice coin housed in an old green holder.
This coin has full deep 8″ mirrors that have lots of flash. There is no haze or mist on the mirrors. Ticks and giggles are held to true bare minimum all over. When you twirl the coin, the mirrors have a glassy look. The contrast is strong. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck and have thick frost. The eye appeal is wonderful!
PCGS 238, NGC 144, CAC 35. The last PCGS CAC example to sell via auction brought $1,200.00 7/2023. The published values for this coin are laughable as they are for most DMPL’s. Just know we will always be a buyer of this coin again. We love the coin!
