1893-CC $5 Gold Liberty With Motto PCGS MS63+ (CAC) VERY NEAT!

Both this coin at the 91CC stood out to us in a box we saw being looked at by another dealer. We’re glad they did not pick it up. We do very much rank the coin as HIGH END!

There are very light but visible semi-prooflike mirrors all over. No imagination needed. There are a few very minor and widely scattered ticks that can only be seen when using a strong glass. No question this coin is 100% original. Both sides have a deeper gold color that is slightly covered by light original toning. This coin is only slightly “dirty”. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and stand out. The eye appeal is excellent!

PCGS 44, NGC 30, CAC 10. CAC has only beaned 3 coins higher (all MS64’s). PCGS has graded 5 in MS63+. The current Collectors Universe value is $25,000.00. It should be noted, that on Collectors Corner, there are NO coins higher than MS 63 for sale. Its VERY hard to find any 93CC in SUPER CHOICE condition or higher. A great coin for any great CC set!
