1897 1C Small Cent Indian Bronze PCGS MS67RD+ (CAC)

WOW! WOW! WOW! We are not kidding when we tell you it took almost all day for our eyeballs to roll back into our heads. God only knows how this coin managed to survive in such an amazing condition for 127 years, especially being copper.

The surfaces are incredible. The ONLY thing we can find (and you need to look really hard is a single MICROscopic tick that possibly keeps this coin from MS68. This coin, for sure, is the epitome of perfection! A full booming luster makes the coin look like it’s on fire. The totally original GEM mint red color covers every area (we like to say ruby red). We do not see any spots or stains. Miss Liberty and the details are lightly frosted and are fully struck. The eye appeal is not just fabulous-it’s totally mind-boggling!

PCGS 3, NGC 3, CAC 2. PCGS has graded only 2 in MS67+ RD. In 2019 an MS67 RD sold for $45,600.00 (it’s probably the other 67+ now). The current Collector’s universe value is $50,000.00. Regardless, this coin is a numismatic masterpiece worthy of the finest collection or box of 20!
