Tied for the FINEST graded at PCGS. Only a small tick or two from MS67 and being a SUPER WOW coin (vs a WOW).
Thick satiny surfaces are a delight to behold. A few small marks can only be seen with a strong glass. There are faint traces of semi-prooflike mirrors. There is also a strong glowing luster. Both sides are a GEM Original gold with greenish gold highlights by the peripheries. There are NO spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are fully struck. The eye appeal is great!
PCGS 6, NGC 11, CAC 5 (probably a repeater in that number). PCGS has only graded 3 in MS66+ with NONE higher. NO PCGS CAC piece in MS66+ has ever been sold via auction. Because of that, the current published numbers are all wrong. We paid well north of $10,000.00 for this GEM!
