An overlooked date and grade. What a coin! No question this piece is VERY HIGH END!
Superior deep mirrors border ultra status. The are clean and have remarkable clarity. When you twirl the coin, the mirrors have a “watery” like roll. The contrast is bold. Both sides have faint hint of gold. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have thick luscious frost. The eye appeal is tremendous!
PCGS 10, NGC 4, CAC 8. PCGS has graded only 3 higher and we do not know if any are CAC. The last PCGS CAC example sold at auction in 2018-6 forever years ago. All published prices are in the stone age because of that. We just know it took the Young-Dakota collector forever to find this wonderful piece.
