There are no spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck and have delicate frost. The eye appeal is great!
PCGS 2170, NGC 2191, CAC 237. PCGS has graded 262 in MS64+. Note a 1904 has 42,488 in MS64 and 2,212 in MS64+. We paid the current bourse floor market for a generic-and there really is no premium here.
