We LOVE this outstanding and VERY HIGH END coin!
To the naked eye, the coins surfaces appear clean and smooth. Only when using a strong glass can you see a few teenie and widely scattered ticks. There is on hidden on the face. NONE stand out. A bold luster enlivens great original colors. Both sides are a GEM original moderate gold with pale orange highlights. There are NO spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are fully struck. The eye appeal is fantastic!
PCGS 26, NGC 14, CAC 7. Important: CAC has only beaned a single coin higher! You would have to go all the way back to 2019 to find when the last PCGS CAC piece sold in a major auction. Of course the price guides are behind because of golds rise. This is a great coin to put in any choice/HEM set!
