CACG standards are tough-real tough. The surfaces show only a few MINOR ticks which are widely scattered. A tiny rim ding can be seen only w/a strong glass. None stand out. There is a strong cartwheel like luster all over. Both sides have a fresh looking color of original yellow gold that blends into a pale greenish gold by the rims. This coin does not appear to have ever been dipped. There are NO spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and stand out. The eye appeal is fabulous-actually its beyond fabulous!
