1901-S $5 Gold Liberty With Motto PCGS MS66+ (CAC)

This coin is everything you would expect from a PCGS CAC coin. The quality is HIGH END and the coin is just fabulous.

Outstanding surfaces are super clean and have a thick satiny smooth texture. Only with a strong glass can you see a few light frost breaks. A strong luster beams from all over. Both sides are a beautiful deep and original gold color with pale green highlights. There are NO spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are lightly frosted and are sharply struck. The eye appeal is gorgeous!

PCGS 84, NGC 62, CAC 33. PCGS has graded 17 in MS66+. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought $5,280.00 08/2021 and was NGC. The last PCGS piece sold for $7,050.00 07/2014-A VERY LONG TIME AGO! That was then this is now. Today, these have fallen to levels they are too irresistible not to buy.
