Only when using a strong glass can and looking around can you find two ticks (one of each side) that keep this coin from full MS66. Overall, the surfaces are there. The texture is a dreamy satiny. The luster is strong. Both sides are a GEM luscious pale orange gold color. There are no spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are fully struck. The eye appeal is super!
PCGS 128, NGC 150, CAC 20. PCGS has graded 73 in MS65+. The last one to sell in auction brought $4,818.00 in 02022. The current Collectors Universe value is $5,750.00.
